- Free Telephone Support – Telephone technical support is provided through our main office, which can be reached at 800-392-8292. This support is provided Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, CST.
- After-Hours Support – Telephone technical support is provided after-hours for customers who are still under warranty or who have a service contract with us. To access our after-hours support line, please refer to your project documentation and have your service contract account number ready.
- Email Support – MTI provides free email technical assistance through our support email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Return Material Support – MTI can provide repair and replacement of warrantied product through our RMA process. Please visit the “Customer Portal” to register and submit a RMA request.
- Documentation and Downloads – MTI maintains a library of support documentation and downloads. Please visit our “Customer Portal” to register and access this library.
