Control Systems With Integrated Software

The MTI CAD software offers full Computer Aided Dispatch functionality. The system is fully Phase 2 ANI/ALI compliant with mapping integration. The system provides the dispatcher with a wide variety of choices for dispatching calls. Service providers are sorted by ESN, availability, and time since last dispatch. The system is typically operated from a three monitor workstation with the 1^st monitor displaying map data, the 2^nd monitor displaying the CAD Incident form, and the 3^rd monitor displaying the active dispatch screen. The system is designed to handle multiple dispatch centers.

The ProTrak RMS fully integrates with the MTI CAD providing capabilities for report generation and time saving single point data entry.

The MTI CAD can use either Microsoft Mappoint or the ESRI mapping system files.
