ProTrak

ProTrak software by MTI provides comprehensive management capabilities for the entire facility/county. The package contains full JMS/RMS records management and can be configured for multiple agency use. The system is designed to be utilized by counties with single or multiple adult and/or juvenile facilities giving the management hand-on real-time data. With extensive report editing and generating capabilities, the manager is capable of accessing any data he chooses. A complete activity log is written for all data accessed and/or edited. The activity log gives a complete paper trail of all data. In addition, pertinent facility data, such as watch tours pharmaceutical inventory maintenance records, food services, commissary, etc. are made easily accessible by the MTI ProTrak software.

ProTrak is built utilizing the Microsoft .Net development system, and implements the very latest technology for large scale enterprise systems. The database is a Microsoft SQL Server database which belongs to and is controlled by the owner. MTI does not control the database. With the .Net tools comes the ability to connect to the server with any computer which can establish a TCPIP network connection to the server. Remote sites can utilize the Internet for VPN access. Mobile Data Terminals can use either cellular modems or any RF system which can provide TCPIP.

ProTrak software fully integrates with the MTI control system and handheld devices. This integration allows for some very desirable features.

• Count verification from either the touchscreen stations or the hand held devices. As residents are accounted for via a touchscreen control station or a handheld device scanning a wrist band, an administrator may view a live summary report indicating the count progress.
• Watch tour stations can be assigned to a cell. When the station is scanned by the handheld device the resident data is brought to the screen, allowing the officer to view specific instructions or simply insure the right people are in the right place.
• Resident data can be pulled up on a summary report from a touchscreen control station. Allowing the officer to answer questions or just retrieve basic resident data such as court dates, commissary balances, visitors waiting, etc.

Biometric Identification--The ProTrak software incorporates finger print scanning for resident, personnel, visitor, contractor, etc identification.
