The MTI CAD software offers full Computer Aided Dispatch functionality. The system is fully Phase 2 ANI/ALI compliant with mapping integration. The system provides the dispatcher with a wide variety of choices for dispatching calls. Service providers are sorted by ESN, availability, and time since last dispatch. The system is typically operated from a three monitor workstation with the 1^st monitor displaying map data, the 2^nd monitor displaying the CAD Incident form, and the 3^rd monitor displaying the active dispatch screen. The ProTrak RMS fully integrates with the MTI CAD providing capabilities for report generation and time saving single point data entry.
